• Jay: sound and effects for guitarists, how to use effects pedals, creating classic rock lead sounds, rhythm sounds, high-gain control using hybrid-picking, etc.
• Jerry: multi-string bends,
• Q&A session.
The occasional anecdote from the studio and/or stage will illustrate the examples and add to the entertainment factor.
Concert:
Material from both Jerry and Jay’s solo repertoire illustrating the topics covered in the masterclass.
The event is an opportunity to spend an evening with two established session guitarists in an intimate setting, learn “tricks of the trade” and discover the real world of the “backroom boys” of the music industry.
Suggestions and requests for topics in the masterclasses and tunes for the gigs are welcome: visit the forum pages.
